Dear participants,
Thank you very much for your cooperation and participation in EcoDesign2011:
7th International Symposium on Environmentally Conscious Design and Inverse
Manufacturing. We are pleased to inform you that it was a great success.
We sincerely hope that all the participants enjoyed this opportunity and
were stimulated by the excellent presentations and fruitful discussions
in the symposium. We had about 340 participants and about 230 presentations
in total. We are very proud that both numbers are the largest ever in the
past series of EcoDesign symposium.
During the symposium, we could not help realizing that the range of topics of EcoDesign has been widening rapidly, so that the symposium is now able to cover almost all relevant issues to ‘sustainability and manufacturing.’ Accordingly, we strongly believe that the significance of EcoDesign becomes even greater in the domain of sustainability research.
Finally, without your support, EcoDesign2011 would not have been completed
with much success. We are grateful from the bottom of our hearts for your
cooperation. We are going to have Electronics Goes Green 2012+ in Berlin
and IEEE ISST in Boston next year. Then in the following year, we will
have EcoDesign2013 in Seoul, which means for the first time, EcoDesign
International Symposium goes to Korea. Let’s keep in touch and see you
soon!
P.S.
We forgot to mention, but please note that the conference bag was specially
designed for EcoDesign2011!
