  EcoDesign 2005 offers discount price for both members and non-members who register before or on November 16.

  The registration fee includes the proceeding (CD-ROM) and the fee of the friendship party during the EcoDesign 2005.

* The member should be a member of an organization that joins the Union of EcoDesigners or Co-sponsors, IEEE and Care Electronics members.

** Students must submit a copy of student ID or student registration certificate issued by your organization along with the Registration Form.

Group Discount

  Group discount is applicable for attendants from developing countries. Please contact the secretariat (secretariat@ecodenet.com) for details, if a company or an academic organization in a developing country organizes a group consisting of more than 10 attendants except for students.

  These rooms have been reserved by EcoDesign 2005 Desk, NIPPON TRAVEL AGENCY Co. Ltd. For making reservation at these hotels, please send the Registration Form by internet or fax to EcoDesign 2005 Desk by November 16, 2005.

These rates include breakfast, tax and service charge.

• Hotel reservations are proceeded on first-come-first-served basis.

• After the application deadline, EcoDesign 2005 Desk will send a confirmation slip informing the confirmed hotel name and the exact room charge. Reservation should be accompanied with the payment of room deposit and no reservation will be confirmed in the absence of the payment. 

Payment of registration fee and the hotel deposit should be made only in Japanese Yen by one of the following methods.

  In case of cancellation, a written notification (FAX or E-mail) should be sent directly to EcoDesign 2005 Desk to avoid any trouble.

  Refund will be made during or after the conference period, after deducting bank and/or credit card service charges and the cancellation charge. If payment was made by credit card, refund will be made to the same credit card, and if by bank transfer, please inform us of your bank account. Communication fee is not refundable.
