Abstract Submission
Thank you for all the abstract submissions. We received a number of abstracts from all over the world. The notification of acceptance to the authors was made by email on May 6th. If you have any queries regarding abstract submissions, please contact the symposium secretariat.
Full Paper Submission Guideline

The authors whose abstracts have been accepted must submit their full papers. The deadline and the formats are different depending on whether the author submits an E-book paper or a Proceedings paper. See “Call for papers” page for their differences.
[E-book paper submission]
The authors who submit E-book papers should submit their full papers by June 4th June 18th (23:59 at Japan Standard Time (GMT+9)), 2025. The submission system will be available on this page in May. The submitted full papers go through peer review process. The file below is the paper template and contains the author guidelines for the submission. The papers must be 6 to 10 pages. The notification of acceptance will be made by August 10th. If the paper is accepted, the author is required to submit the final paper by September 1st. If the paper is not accepted, the paper is treated as a Proceedings paper, and the author is required to submit the final paper following the guidelines for Proceedings papers below.

The authors who submit Proceedings papers should submit their final papers by September 1st, 2025. The file below is the paper template and describes the author guidelines. The papers must be 2 to 10 pages. The submission system for Proceedings papers will be available on this page in August.

- Fonts that require non-English support are not allowed.
