EcoDesign2023 is held at Nara Prefectural Convention Center, Nara, JAPAN.
As the birthplace of Japanese culture, Nara has developed into a city of international exchange, and brings a wealth of nature and traditional performing arts as well as three World Heritage sites close enough for visitors to touch. Nara is also home to the largest number of Buddhist sculptures and buildings designated National Treasures in Japan (As of April, 2017). Nara comprises 72 or 55.0% of all National Treasure Buddhist sculptures (131), and 64 or 28.7% of all structural National Treasures (223) in Japan. Furthermore, Nara has 145 Historic Sites and Places of Scenic Beauty as Natural Monuments, the greatest number in Japan.

- From Kansai International Airport: about 90 minutes by bus, about 90 minutes by train.
- From Osaka International Airport (Itami): about 60 minutes by train.
